Project

Shay Obray is a musician based in Payson, UT. Her debut album, Flowers, captures the angsty emotions of high school years in a pop punk style with hints of folk influence. I had the pleasure of art directing her album and single art. Each track title is a different type of flower, that together create a bouquet of late-teen life experiences. Not wanting to be too on the nose with the flower theme, we leaned more on the high school angst and nostalgia.
